  • Are you unhappy about something?
  • Yes, a problem is troubling you.
  • Do you want to tell us something?
  • Please talk to your keyworker or another member of staff
  • We will help show you what to do.
  • Maybe together we can sort out the problem and help you
  • Remember you have a right to make a complaint!
  • The staff and manager promise to listen.
  • If you are still unahppy you can talk to the executive or Care Commission.
