Hill Walking Group

The hill-walking group is a fun group where the participants enjoy plenty of fresh air and exercise. Most weeks the group can walk over rough hilly ground for approximately 5-6 miles.

The members of the group are encouraged to take part in the decision making with-in the group and look forward to exploring new walks. This is both exciting and challenging and builds up members self-esteem and confidence. Also the group use there own equipment, if this is difficult they are encouraged to speak up and ask for assistance, this improves group members advocacy skills.
