Impact supports adults with learning disabilities to access a range of work opportunities. Impact helped Craig Bernard who attends Robert Gough Centre to find paid employment at Kwiksave, Methil.  Craig maintains the shop car park, working four hours a week under Permitted Work Rules.

Due to his hard work, Craig's duties are increasing and more hours are a possibility.  Craig also received a certificate for completing an Ethos of Work Course.  Organised by Impact, the course helped him understand the importance of communication, teamwork and safety.

Through working with Impact and Dalgairn Centre, Jimmy Wood successfully completed a work experience placement at a local garage.  He then secured paid employment with Nationwide Crash Repair Centre, Cupar.  Working 3 hours a week, his duties include sweeping and tidying the workshop as well as emptying bins and helping hoover cars.
