Fife EmployAbility Team part of Fife Council's Social Work Service, is one of Scotland's largest providers of employment services to people, and to employers people with disabilities. We provide practical support and guidance to individuals and organisations on disability issues in relation to employment. Fife EmployAbility Team are committed to enabling people affected by disability to achieve their employment goals.

Fife EmployAbility Team will place an emphasis on helping people to progress into open, mainstream employment, where this is the most suitable option for the individual. Where this is not currently an option, we can assist people to access alternative employment routes, including Workstep, Permitted Work, Fife Job Broker Service, Vocational Training, Voluntary Placements and Work Placements.
